Depending on the product and factory, available changes may include:

- Slat systems and other construction details
- Packaging, labelling and product specifications
All changes are subject to factory approval, applicable Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), production requirements and any additional development costs.
Products Developed for Different Markets
Our portfolio includes products originally developed for the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and other international markets.
When these products are ordered for Australia, dimensions, mattress sizes, slat systems, construction details or specifications may need to be changed to suit Australian market requirements. Our team will identify any necessary adjustments as part of the quotation and product review process.
Customisation and Pricing
If you require changes to a product, please provide us with the relevant dimensions, finishes, materials and specifications.
Our team will review your requirements with the factory and provide a written quotation. Customised products may be subject to revised pricing, higher MOQs, development or sampling costs and extended production lead times.
No customised product will proceed to production until the final specifications, pricing and applicable approval samples have been confirmed.
Fire-Retardant Requirements
Standard pricing does not include fire-retardant treatments, testing or certification unless specifically stated in the quotation.
Fire-safety requirements vary between countries, markets and product applications, particularly for furniture supplied to hotels, commercial premises and public spaces. Buyers are responsible for advising us of any applicable standards or certification requirements before an order is confirmed.
Where required and available, we can review the appropriate treatment, testing and documentation with the factory and provide separate pricing.
